 In the year 2002 Toy Villa Residence was build in front of our Toy Residence a housing complex with 5 villas and a swimming pool. The villas consist of 3 storey and have the following use and equipment.
Located on the ground floor is a 45 sqm big living room with comfortable rattan furniture, cable-TV, a nice house bar and eating corner. From the living room we enter the kitchen, fully fitted in European style, with e-g stove, dishwasher, fridge, guest toilette and shower. There is one small bedroom next to the kitchen with a single bed.
The ground floor is connected with the upper floor trough interior wooden steps.
